Wing Cheng

Wing has over 20 years of experience in the life science industry, ten of which were within regulatory affairs and HTA authorities. He holds a PhD in clinical immunology and an Executive MBA. With deep expertise in regulatory affairs, market access, and business development, he has led cross-functional teams and projects across several therapeutic areas. Wing is also active as a business angel, board member, and coach for life science and medtech startups, with a strong passion for innovation that improves patient care.

Mattias Paulsson

Deputy Chief Pharmacist, Akademiska Uppsala University Hospital

Mattias is a licensed pharmacist with a PhD in pharmacy and extensive experience in regulatory affairs, GMP, quality, research, and manufacturing within hospital pharmacies. He is a Qualified Person for pharmacovigilance and possesses expertise in formulations, aseptic preparation, parenteral nutrition, and pharmaceutical 3D printing. With his combination of academic and practical experience, Mattias contributes to the development of safe and innovative pharmaceutical solutions.

Rikard Ekberg

Business Unit Lead

Rikard has nearly three decades of experience in commercial leadership within the pharmaceutical industry. He combines strategic thinking with inclusive and results-oriented leadership, and has successfully driven growth, brand development, and organizational changes. His experience spans therapeutic areas such as CNS, oncology, rare diseases, and biological drugs. In his current role as Business Unit Lead, he is responsible for the CNS business area with a focus on the Nordic region for Neuraxpharm.

John Frellsen

Managing Partner, Bonorum Partners A/S

With over 30 years of international business experience, John currently works with business owners in M&A processes, often where buyers and sellers come from different countries and cultures. He has a background in international pharmaceutical trade and has managed companies in Switzerland, Sweden, and Denmark. John’s strength lies in building bridges between people, business cultures, and markets. He is also a trained board member at INSEAD and an engaged advisor on several company boards.
